Remuneration for Private Equity Fund Accountant:

Our client offers a highly competitive remuneration package depending on experience as well discretionary bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities of Private Equity Fund Accountant:

• Monthly and Quarterly NAV valuations for PE Funds.
• Ensure all cash and position reconciliations are in line and any queries resolved.
• Review corporate actions, pricing and accruals.
• Assist with capital calls, distributions and statements.
• Prepare fee calculations and P&L allocations across funds.
• File quarterly regulatory returns with the Central Bank.
• Preparation of annual financial accounts under IFRS or local GAAP.

Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications required for Private Equity Fund Accountant:

• Experience within Fund Accounting highly desirable.
• Experience with Investran highly desirable. 
• Intention to pursue accounting qualification if not already part qualified.
• Knowledge of financial markets and products essential.
• IT proficient and a strong written and oral communication skills.
