You will be joining a small close knit and collaborative team where you will get the career exposure of reporting directly into the department head. You will be tasked with cash management and transactions delivery responsibilities but also required to work with closely with many other service providers such as investment managers, private equity firms, accountancy and legal companies.

Remuneration for Loan Analyst - Capital Markets:

Our client offers a highly competitive remuneration package depending on experience as well discretionary bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities of Loan Analyst - Capital Markets:

• Delivery of cash management and transaction of administration services of for a number of client companies with a diverse range of assets including loan portfolios, RMBS, CMBS, CDO and ABS from large international institutions.
• Validate and confirmation across a treasury products including bon coupons, loan rollovers, money market deposits, interest rate swaps, total return swaps etc.
• Settlement of confirmed trades.
• Waterfall and IPD calculations and required reporting.
• Cash management and monitoring. Accurate and timely settlement of transactions.
• Review of Transaction documents including Facility Agreements, Loan Agreements, Cash Managements Agreements.
• Assist the sales team in RFP’s and promotion of teams’ services and capabilities.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when they fall.

Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications required for Loan Analyst - Capital Markets:

• Knowledge and experience of the above mentioned security products essential.
• Strong SWIFT experience.
• Knowledge of loan and facility agreements as well as understanding of roles involved in Bilateral, Syndicated loans.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, team player with a helpful nature.
• Knowledge of FACTCA, EMIR, CRS regulations desirable but not essential.
