Gavin is a Co-founder and Partner of Kenmar Recruitment Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin and Higher Diploma in Journalism & Media Studies from Dublin Business School.

He began his career as a fund accountant with State Street Bank in 2003. After 12 years in the funds industry with companies such as State Street and Brown Brothers Harriman he decided to move into recruitment in 2015. Gavin’s career in funds has been of great value to him in his recruitment career. It has provided him with a strong understanding of the financial services sector, how it has evolved in Ireland over this period and also a vast network to link in with. Since 2003 his network over the years have been either a colleague, candidate or client or in some cases all three.
